“I think you should try something”
Travis told that to Amy. Soon enough, Travis (the amateur) and Jeff (the black belt) were on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats leading Amy and her middle-aged women’s book club through a few techniques & basic concepts.
Before long, their attempts at sparring turned into laughter & amazement & a new energy.
Amy & her crew were experiencing a whole new perspective on life.
Most people would stop there.
But Amy & Travis having led approximately 5-trillion team-building and leadership workshops for corporate teams across New England,
had an idea, more specifically, a simple question.
THe Question:
What if the key
to unlocking a team’s full potential
was hiding in something primal —
something raw and deeply human?
And, if you can recreate that experience, can you leverage it to transform yourself and your teams for the long term?
We are 100% certain the answer is YES.
Thus,
The Training Ground was born.
